Aurevia Studio - Legal Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our applications.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of mobile applications ("Apps") developed and published by Aurevia Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, downloading, installing, or using our Apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using our Apps on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use our Apps. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use our Apps.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your access to our Apps and legal action.
All intellectual property rights in our Apps, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, are owned by Aurevia Studio or our licensors.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Some of our Apps may offer in-app purchases or premium features. By making any purchase through our Apps, you agree to the following:
Refunds for in-app purchases are subject to the policies of the respective app store. We do not directly process refunds for purchases made through app stores.
If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions through your app store account settings.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Apps immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our Apps will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Apps or uninstall them from your device.
OUR APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, AUREVIA STUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR APPS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT OUR APPS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUREVIA STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR APPS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.
Our Apps may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, websites, or content. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of any sort arising from such interactions.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aurevia Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Apps shall be resolved through informal negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our Apps after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using our Apps.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Aurevia Studio regarding our Apps and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
